I am 5′5" and 164 lbs-the heaviest I have ever been. Do you think 10 lbs a month is a healthy weight loss goal?
Yes, healthy weight loss is about 2-4 lbs a week. =)

I just recently injured me leg and my doctor told me to use crutches and be very immobile. I have started to gain weight. If anybody knows of a good weight loss program without exercise. Thank you for any information you may have.

I am looking for an AFL training program, that involves every fitness aspect (not particularly skill training). What I am looking for involves weight training and fitness training and all the specifics of it.
If anybody has a preseason training program or anything like that, it would be great..

if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:
EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS
1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!
2) run every 2 days for [...]

to lose about 16 more. I have hit a plateau and this one is stubborn. I go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week (depends on work schedule) and have between 900 and 1100 calories a day. Any suggestions on how to get that scale moving again?
