Does eating broccoli & fish & mushrooms sound like a healthy weight loss meal for lunch?
I read somewhere that broccoli makes your stomach bloat? Is that just temporary or does it not help me in getting a flat stomach?
I do yoga regularly on top of watching my diet. It’s just that there’s only crap food around my office area so I think it’s time to cook at home and microwave at work.
Broccoli is good for your health, but it does make your stomach bloat. You can eat salad instead of broccoli if it bothers you about the bloat. If it does not, it is just temporary
I am 16 years old, have asthma, and am very much over weight. I wouldnt be that large if it werent for my sides i have looked and looked and i cant find anything to help the exact part that i need to lose weight in. I need help. Plz. i don’t have a gym membership but i need to loose some weight … what can i do with out gym equipment to maximize the weight i loose!?!? i am on a diet where i eat every three hours and i only eat 30 carbohydrates every meal and 15 carbohydrates for every snack . 3 meals and 3 snacks daily but with every good diet you need a good exercise plan … can you help me ???
Do cardio at least 4 times a week. There’s something that’s called HIIT (High intensity interval training) which means you sprint your a$$ off for as long as you can, then you take a timed break (Ex: 1 to two minutes) then you sprint. that’ll chew off a chunk of fat every week, but it’s really hard. basically just keep the intensity high as possible. You dont need to run for an hour straight or something… thats not as effective either. in other words, it should be short but NOT SWEET. so yeah cardio done in the morning before breakfast, a drink before the routine, and eating right after making sure you reach right below your daily calorie intake by eating many small meals a day (Ex: 6) would really get you going. It’s hard as hell though. Good luck!

Okay so I’ve been on a weight loss/exercise program for about 6-9 months now, and have lost 19 kgs (42 lbs) I’m almost at my goal weight (110 lbs) But it seems the extremities of my efforts to lose weight have left me almost unable to lose any more and very prone to gaining the weight back on.
What are your tips?
Well i know that you can increase your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Don’t starve yourself, and be sure to eat breakfast- it gets the metabolism started!
I looked into the p90x program and i’ve always wanted to try it, but $120 is a bit too much for me. Is there any other weight loss exercise programs like p90x but cheaper?

I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. I have a one yr old baby and want to lose about 25 lbs. What is the best exercise for weight loss? I have the P90X but can’t get around to trying it. Also, I want to buy a treadmill since I don’t exactly have all the time in the world to go to a gym. I work full time and have a 1 1/2 hour commute each way.
